A petition has been filed at the High Court of Madras seeking a ban on the film Oru Kal Oru Kannadi. According to the petitioner, the film has certain scenes that depict the Sadhus and Samiyars in bad light and it is hurting the religious sentiments.


Replying to this allegation, the Censor Board has said that they have certified the film after seeing the entire film whereas the petitioner's complaint is based on the trailers telecast on the TVs.

The Judge hearing this case has adjourned the case for hearing at a later date. It may be mentioned here that OK OK is slated for release on April 13th.

Udhayanidhi Stalin will make his debut as hero with this film and Hansika plays his lead pair.
