Arun Vijay is geared up for his next release Thadayara Thaakka, which is an action entertainer. The film has Mamta Mohandas teaming up with him.

Rakul Preet Singh plays a vital role. Maghizh Thirumeni, former assistant to Gautham Vasudev Menon, is directing the film.

The songs composed by Thaman are said to be one of the highlights of the movie.

Arun has also tried his vocals for a song along with L. R. Eswari. A grand audio release has been planned for May 2 in the city.
