Director Vincent Selva, who gave films like Youth with Vijay, Priyamudan and Jitthan, is back after a hiatus with a movie titled Thulli Vilayaadu.

A comic entertainer, the film has newcomer Yuvaraj as the lead man and Deepthi of Pattalam fame as his ladylove.

"There is a thrill factor also involved. Prakash Raj plays a local dada and he is an interesting villain in the movie.

The kind of costumes he wears will be a scream," claims the director. Jayaprakash is a menacing politician in the film.

Apart from the lead cast, it has a long list of supporting artistes including Soori, Senrayan, Singamutthu, Sujatha and Madan Bob. Srikanth Deva composes the tracks.
