Kumki is a new film directed by Prabhu Solomon after Myna. Actor Prabhu’s son Vikram Prabhu is being introduced as hero through this film. Malayalam actress Lakshmi Menon is pairing with him.


National Award winner Thambi Ramaiah is also donning an important role in this film. Vikram Prabhu is donning the role of elephant mahout. Vikram Prabhu underwent special training for his role.

The shooting of this film has almost come to an end. It has been decided to release the audio CD of this film on 26th July. D Imman who had composed music for Myna has composed music for Kumki. It is expected that the songs of Kumki will become popular like Myna.
