Director Selvaraghavan got married to Gitanjali last year. He celebrated his first marriage anniversary at the shooting spot of Erandam Ulagam. Arya and Anushka are in the lead roles of this film.

He is using foreign technicians for the technical works of this film. This is his dream film. On the occasion of his first marriage anniversary, he said, "It has been one year since I have been married. This one year gave me immense pleasure and happiness.
