The Indian film industry is stunned and outraged over the Central Board for Film Certification (CBFC) decision banning ‘A’ certificate films from being telecast on television!
In Detail:
Ajith’s Billa 2 which was released recently does not done good in Box office as expected by the makers and teh fans. Even though Ajith has done dare devil stunts, it does not grab the audiences more to the theatres.
But the film is highly enjoyed by his fans well. The film TV rights was held by Sun TV and it was rumored as Rs 6.5 was paid to acquire teh rights is in trouble to telecast the film in Sun TV.
Billa 2 has censored as A certificate by CBFC board as it has serious of stunt sequences in the film. And now CBFC has banned on telecasting adult films on TV. The Indian film industry itself is stunned with this news.
So Sun TV also will not able to show Billa 2 in their channel. So it is a bad news for them as they wasted invested is in no use now!!
