After Ko, director K V Anand has directed a high budgeted film titled Maatran which has Surya and Kajal Agarwal in the lead roles.

Surya is donning the role of conjoined twins. Director K V Anand while speaking to the media said, "The dubbing work of Maatran has been fully completed.

Surya has also dubbed his portions. His role has become wonderful after his dubbing. Surya’s part before the camera was very superb. His dubbing has given more polish for this film,. The film will be released on 12th October."
