While the politician’s son Dayanidhi Azhagiri, a successful producer of Tamil film industry whose previous film Mankatha was a blockbuster is held up with a serious issue of multi-crore quarry scam, the buzzes are that it might affect the production of his upcoming films.

Right now, he has signed Vetrimaaran for a project followed by Ganesh Vinayak with Arulnidhi in lead role and another one with his close friend Mahat of Mankatha fame. However when approached the spokesperson of Cloud Nine Movies, he said, “There is nothing hindering the progress of our projects and Ganesh Vinayak’s film with Arulnidhi is close on the heels of completion.”
