As Kollyinsider reported viewers earlier, Arya, Nayantara and Jai are playing lead roles in this Atlee’s directorial titled as ‘Raja Rani’. Makers have arranged a formal pooja for ‘Raja Rani’ today and Kamal has launched the movie.
The Arya- Nayanthara- Jai film directed by Shankar's former assistant Atlee has been titled Raja Rani. The film is produced by AR Murugadoss for Fox Star Studios.

The shoot started today in bungalow on Gream's Road, with Kamal Haasan switching on the camera. The film started with a song sequence picturised on Jai and Nayanthara. In fact it is Jai's second film with the production house after Engeyum Eppodhum. Raja Rani is an intense triangular love story, where Jai has an important role.

Arya the hero of the film is in Mumbai shooting for Settai and will join the unit only in the second schedule. The film has music by GV Prakash and camera is by debutant George, a former associate of Nirav Shah.
