Actor-producer Lakshmi Manchu plans to sue Tamil producer for using Taapsee’s stills from her under-production Telugu film Gundello Godari for the Chennai posters of his Malayalam dubbed film Puduvai Managaram.

'That’s a fraudulent act and we are not going to spare him. We have already complained to the Tamil producers’ guild and are considering legal action against him,' says Lakshmi, who claims that Taapsee, Sandeep Krishna and Aadi Pinisetty have key roles in this film that revolves around the 1986 floods in Godavari.

'I was shocked when I saw the stills being misused for my dubbed film,' says Taapsee, who agreed to do Gundello Godari without even listening to the script.

'I have confidence in Lakshmi,' she adds.
