Veteran actor Sathyaraj has donned several memorable roles in his long career and one among them is ‘Ammavasai’ in Amaidhi Padai, which released several years ago. He played dual roles in this film and one is that of a wily politician Ammavasai.


He is all set to portray this role again in the sequel, titled Nagaraja Cholan, MA., MLA., to be directed by Manivannan. Interestingly, Sathyaraj and Manivannan have given several hits in the past and hopefully this venture would also join the list.

GV Prakash will score the music for this film. The other cast and crew have also been finalized and the first look poster was released recently.
