Vaanam, the hit Tamil film was directed by Krish. Anushka had accepted to play the role of a prostitute in Vaanam as Krish has requested her to play. Anushka has huge fan circle not only in Kollywood but also in Tollywood. Anushka and Krish were good friends and they were often spotted together in public places and finally their friendship gradually blossomed into love. Everyone expected that the couple will end in marriage.

Krish is currently busy with the upcoming movie “Ongaram” with Rana and Nayanthara and this film is made in Tamil and Telugu. Anushka is busy with 5 films in her kitty including Alex Pandian and Singam 2. The latest news is that the couple has parted ways and the reason behind this was due to Arya and Nayanthara.

After completing the shoot for Irandam Ulagam in Georgia, Anushka rushed to meet Krish. But Krish didn’t give proper response to Anushka.
