Director Balaji Tharaneetharan’s comedy entertainer ‘Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom’ (NKPK) will hit screens on the 30th of November, 2012.
Earlier, the film was expected to be released on the 14th of September, and later on Diwali, but due to some untold reasons the film’s release did not happen as proposed.

In a press meet held in Chennai today the film’s director confirmed the news and revealed that Sathish Kumar of JSK Films has bagged the distribution rights of the film. The film will be released in 150 theaters across Tamil Nadu.

On the other hand, Vijay Sethupathi said that he will be working on ‘Rummy’, ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ and ‘Bharathiyum Padminiyum’ after the silent hit ‘Pizza’. Seems the young lad is climbing up the ladder pretty fast.

After watching the film, veteran actor Thyagarajan has bought the Telugu remake rights of the film under his own production house Lakshmi Shanthi Movies. He is also in talks with the producer for acquiring the Hindi remake rights too. NKPK is selling hot even before its release.

NKPK is produced by V.S Rajkumar under Leo Visions banner and has Ved Shankar’s music, Siddharth Vipin’s background scores, Premkumar’s cinematography, Govindaraj’s editing and Veeramani’s art work. Vijay Sethupathi, Gayathri, Bhagavathi Perumal, Rajkumar and Vigneshwaran play pivotal roles in the film.
