Versatile actor Prakash Raj is Ready to wield the megaphone once again with the remake of Malayalam superhit ‘Salt N’ Pepper’. ‘Salt N’ Pepper’ was directed by Aashiq Abu with Lal and Shweta Menon in the lead roles.

Prakash Raj has bagged the remake rights of the film in both Tamil and Telugu. Besides directing the film, Prakash Raj will also be acting and producing the film. The film has been titled ‘Un Samayal Arayil’ in Tamil and ‘Ulavacahru Biriyani’ in Telugu and both the versions will be shot simultaneously.

Prakash Raj will be the protagonist, while Tabu will play his pair in both versions. The film will be a love-story happening between two middle-aged people and food will be an integral part, connecting them.

The actor has roped in Ilayaraja for the music score. Excited about Ilayaraja’s music, Prakash Raj said, "I am a great fan of Ilayaraja and I can’t wait for a chance to work with him again." Prakash Raj’s previous directional project Dhoni was also a bilingual (Tamil and Telugu).
