Shankar went all out in praise of comedy entertainers which is the flavor of the season in Tamil cinema, at the audio launch of Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya (KLTA).
KLTA is a laugh riot with Santhanam, Power Star and Sethu and Vishakha Singh in the lead. Speaking about comedies and how much he enjoy them, chief guest director Shankar said, 'Whenever I am stressed I take a break from work and go watch a good comedy. Some of the recent comedies I enjoyed are OKOK and Kalakalappu which relaxed me immensely. Santhanam was a part of both. Naduvala Koncham Pakatha Kaanum was another such enjoyable comedy! I congratulate the team of that film!"

He went on to add that KLTA would surely be another super hit comedy that's going to be enjoyed by all. This public endorsement of the film made by newcomers should be a big shot in the arm for the NKPK team and director Balaji Tharaneetharan in particular!
