The audio album of Kamal Haasan's 'Viswaroopam' occupied a prominent place on the top charts of I Tunes, on the day one of its release.

Kamal's Vishwaroopam audio which is released on yesterday got a tremendous response and secured third position in Apple iTunes downloads within hours the album was launched. And the songs composed by Shankar-Ehsaan- Loy are being hailed by music lovers as they struck an instant chord with them.

'Viswaroopam' is produced, scripted and directed by Kamal, who has also played the lead role. After 'Aalavandhan', the actor tied up with the musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, for 'Viswaroopam'.

On Friday, Kamal launched the audio of the film in three cities (Madurai, Coimbatore and Chennai) of Tamil Nadu. In the coming days, he will launch the audio of the film's Telugu and Hindi versions.
