Irfan, who debuted with the popular television serial Kanaa Kaanum Kalangal and Jodi No 1 - debuted as one of the heroes in Nadia's Pattalam.

Now, after a two-year break, he is back in Sundattam.

Sundattam is a film based on carom gambling in Royapuram area in North Madras.

The film directed by Brahma G Dev and produced by R Annadurai, has all newcomers in the lead.

Irfan, Arundathi, Stalin and Madhu form the star cast of the film, which has music by Britto Michael.

Sundattam trailer looks crisp and has all elements like romance, music, sentiments, racy carom games and gangsters.

It is scheduled to release in February.
