Trisha bags JFW Women Achievers award for her contribution to Tamil cinema industry. It is almost a decade and Trisha worked with many renowed stars and still she is moving with the same pace. She is now working with Jayam Ravi and Jiiva.

Trisha reacted on this award and said, "I feel very special, firstly because it is for 10 years of contribution to cinema and secondly because I am sharing stage with achievers from different fields. Feels nice to be chosen and representing my industry."

JFW Women Achievers Award will honor veteran actress Saroja Devi, Trisha Krishnan, Singer Sujatha Mohan, Sania Mirza in sports, Hansika for the success and sensation she has created in cinema, dancer Alarmel Valli, Dipika Pallikal, scientist Tessy Thomas among others, for their accomplishments in their respective fields.
