Today Vetrimaran's Grass Root Film Company along with Dhayanidhi Alagiri's Meeka Entertainment is releasing a single track audio of their first joint venture Udhayam NH4.

Udhayam NH4 is an upcoming action thriller film directed by debutant Manimaran, a former associate of Vetrimaaran, featuring Siddharth and debutant Ashrita in the lead roles. A single track 'Yaro Ivan' from the film was launched today morning at 9 am on Suryan FM.

Music composer G V Prakash and Singer Saindhavi were present during the launch of the single. The trailer of the film will be launched today evening at 8 pm on Sun Music. The 2 minute visual of the song and the trailer will be released by the Udhayam team.

About the song, G V Prakash had tweeted, "Song releasing on Feb 14th from Udhayam NH4 will be one of my best romantic songs ever. Excited to release it soon."

Vetrimaaran has written the story and screenplay for the film which has music by G V Prakash. The film is being produced jointly by Vetrimaran's Grass Root Film Company and Dhayanidhi Azhagiri's Meeka Entertainment.
