The overseas rights of the most anticipated Ajith-Vishnuvardhan film, tentatively titled Valai, has been bagged by Ayngaran International!
AM Ratnam, who is producing the film under his banner Sri Surya Movies, in association with A Raghuram's Sri Satya Sai Movies, holds the theatrical rights of the film, in India.

Valai features Arya, Nayathara and Taapsee in the lead roles, along with Ajith. Music is being composed by Yuvanshankar Raja. The audio rights are with Sony Music.
