Ramya Nambeesan is on cloud nine as her career is booming in Tamil and Malayalam. A slice of Pizza in Kollywood has changed her career. The film has given her a big boost and audience acceptance.

Two days back she had come to Chennai for the audio launch of her next release Rendavathu Padam. And she went shopping to a newly opened upmarket mall in Velachery.

Ramya with her infectious smile said : " I had gone to the mall for shopping, as normally it is difficult for me to shop in Kochi. I do all my shopping in Chennai, but this time I was surprised to see people recognising me and asking for my autograph and requesting me to pose for a picture with them."

Ramya said she could not shop in peace and it was an altogether different experience. Added Ramya : " I never knew Pizza would become such a hit and a trendsetter. The film has given me a new reach and I have signed four new films in Tamil."
