Brahma G Dev's “Sundattam” received good reponse from the audience with appreciation pouring in from many leading Kollywood celebrities.
Directed by debutant-director Brahma G Dev, the movie's cast include Irfan, Madhu, Arundathi and Naren.

In-spite of casting not-so-famous stars, the movie has done fairly well in the first three days of theatrical collections in Chennai; the response is quite encouraging in other parts of the state which has made the producers' happy.

The movie is based on Carrom-gambling in Royapuram area of North Madras.Britto Michael has composed the music and Achu Rajamani has scored the BGM. The theme and making of the movie has been appreciated by the masses who recognize the hard work of the new-comers of the movie. In order to make the movie more appealing, it has been decided to cut down some scenes in the second half which is slightly sluggish. Producers expect that the change would act in favour of the movie.
