Red Giant Movies has acquired the theatrical rights of Udhayam NH4. Debutant director Manimaran, a former protege of Vetrimaaran is wielding the megaphone. Siddharth, Ashritha Shetty are playing the main leads.

Udhayam NH4 is wrapping its shooting part and producer Dayanidhi is planning to release this flick in May.

Dayanidhi tweeted, "things just got BIGGER ! very happy to announce that the TN theatrical release of UDHAYAM will be done by @Udhaystalin's Red Giant Movies."

Red Giant Movies has got a great track record in production as well as distribution. They distributed many blockbusters like Ko, The Raise of Dark Knight, Madarasipattinam and Myna. Udhayanidhi Stalin is the head of this Red Giants Movies.

The film is almost complete with just three days of shoot pending. Udhayam NH4 is an upcoming action thriller film which has Ashrita in the female lead and Vetrimaaran’s favorite actor Kishore playing a pivotal role.

Vetrimaaran has written the story and screenplay for the film which has music by G V Prakash. The film produced jointly by Vetrimaran’s Grass Root Film Company and Dhayanidhi Azhagiri’s Meeka Entertainment is set against the backdrop of the National Highways leading to Bangalore.

Siddharth has given up his lover boy look and changes his attire with some rough and rugged style in the film while Bollywood actor Kay Kay Menon is playing a prominent role in this movie.
