He says, “Two factors convinced me to sign up for the film — the script, which is one of the best I’ve been offered, and director Sasi. He has worked on the project for over four years. He’s known for his soft films, but this one will be an action thriller. I had not committed myself to any other project after this, and I was ready to experiment with my looks. I built my physique with the help of my trainer Shiva and I even tonsured my head during the last schedule of the film.”
Bharath plays a software engineer in the film. “A car accident changes his life, and how he gets back to his old life forms the crux of the story. The numerical title is very relevant to the script,” he says.
Despite starting off with a bang in K-Town, Bharath’s last couple of films haven’t made a mark at the BO. “When an actor goes through a bad phase, it affects him mentally. But, how he bounces back matters. I don’t have any regrets, and I wanted to get my career back on track. This film will help me do it,” he smiles.
