It’s Dhanush season all over the town now. The actor remained away from spotlights nearly for a year and is now back with a bang.

While his upcoming production ‘Ethir Neechal’ is all set to hit screens this month, the actor has a couple of back-to-back releases that will soon make its way onto the screens.

The first look of Mariyaan poster and teaser has created a huge sensation amongst his fans. On Saturday, it was a 30-sec teaser of lens completely fixed on Dhanush’s eyeballs that showcased him as a person confined to a hazardous situation and the other one having him walk under the blue lagoon waters.

It is the second teaser of Mariyaan, Dhanush was performing underwater stunts with a weapon in his hand underwater. Mariyaan is directed by Bharath Bala and ace music director A.R.Rahman is composing tunes.

Dhanush shared this teaser in a micro blogging site. He tweeted, "Guys it was shot in the ocean... no swimming pool tricks... again... Watch the teaser... dont ask questions ... just enjoy."

Mariyaan is touted as drama thriller and story deals with Indian migrants who were prisoners in Sudan. Most of the portions were shot in Sudan and Kanyakumari. Parvati Menon is playing the female lead and Salim Kumar, Appukutty, Uma Riyaz Khan are playing the supporting roles.
