The sexy buxom beauty Namitha lost her film offers because she had put on over weight. While acting in films like Engal Anna and Aai, she was very lean.

Later on she started putting on weight. In the recent films, she was looking very fat and because of this, there was no one to offer her heroine roles.

The last film she had acted in Tamil was Ilaignan. This film was released in the year 2011. After the advent of new actresses she was sidelined. Now she is participating in some programmes and opening of textile show rooms.
