Kamal Haasan before some years announced a project titled 'Thalaivan Irukiran' which will be a bold one about the politics and corruption happening in contemporary India.

However it has been stalled for various reasons, but many said it will be a controversial flick and that is why it has been postponed.

Now there are hints that this project will be revived. As Aascar Films is coming on-board for Kamal for 'Vishwaroopam 2' and two more projects of him, many persons close to Kamal hints that 'Thalaivan Irukkiran' will come for sure. The cast will have Kamal Hassan, Mohanlal, Ravi Teja, Trisha and Rishi Kapoor and it will be a Hindi - Tamil bilingual movie same like 'Vishwaroopam'.
