Ace director KV Anand is starting his next film with Dhanush for producers AGS International. The heroine will be a Bollywood girl and her name will be officially announced in a weeks' time.

The untitled film will kickstart in Puducherry, from September 2. It is said to be a "romantic action entertainer with a difference". KV Anand's regular music director Harris Jayaraj has already composed one song for the film.

It is for the first time that KV Anand is making a romantic film and the buzz is that he has roped in veteran actor Karthik to do an important role.
