Veteran actor Arvind Swami who was recently seen in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Kadal’ after a long hiatus, caught up with his former co star Manisha Koirala who starred with him in the super hit ‘Bombay’ in 1995 directed by Mani Ratnam. The duo seems be continuing their friendship ever since they starred together and the actor met his heroine recently who has battled cancer.

Arvind dropped by to meet the Bollywood diva and the two were chatting like long-standing school buddies. Nice to hear these stories because they are so rare in the film industry. The actress was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last November and was treated at Mumbai’s Jaslok hospital before going to New York. Manisha Koirala had won her six-month long battle against cancer earlier in May.
