‘Navarasa Nayagan’ Karthik turns 53 today. The charming actor has been in the industry for more than 3 decades starting with Alaigal Oivathillai and he has appealed to many generations of movie goers.


Some of his best films include Mouna Ragam, Agni Natchathiram and Varusham 16, to name a few. Recently, he was seen in films such as Raavanan and Maanja Velu in character roles. He has the big Dhanush starrer Anegan lined up in the near future.

Karthik’s son Gautham has made his debut as a lead hero and he is currently a busy young man. It must be noted that Gautham celebrated his birthday just yesterday and big daddy Karthik will be blowing his birthday candles today.
