Samuthirakani, the ace actor-director has joined hands with Vimal for his upcoming Tamil movie titled 'Nee Yellam Nalla Varuva Daa' [NYNV].

Tamil NRI Amrita will be debuting to Kollywood with NYNV to be directed by R Nagendran under the joint production of Punnagai Poo fame Geetha's SG Films private Limited along with Clap Cinemas. Alongside Vimal, Amrita and Samuthirakani, NYNV also casts MS Bhaskar, Imman Anachi, Singamuthu and Kumki Ashwin in the supporting roles, which has music by G V Prakash, NK Ekambaram will take care of camera and editing will be by Praveen KL, Srikanth NB among the crew.

For now, makers are planning to shoot the film in Pondycherry, Chennai, Ooty and Kerala along with the exotic locales of Australia and Malaysia.
