The films of star actor are bought for whopping prices these days by television channels, even while the film is the making. Vijay’s recently release ‘Thalaivaa’ and Suriya’s next untitled flick produced by Studio Green which is yet to begin had been sold for 15 crores, while Ajith’s ‘Veeram’ which is in the making went for 13 crores.

Karthi’s much awaited Venkat Prabhu directed ‘Biryani’ and Rajesh directed ‘All in All Azhagu Raja’ were taken up for 11.5 crores. The head honcho of Studio Green and the newly appointed Secretary of the Tamil Film Producers Council, K E Gnanavel Raja has posted in his social media space about the satellite rights.
