Ace Lyricist Vairamuthu has been pulled on board to pen a song for Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer ‘Jilla’ in D Imman’s music.
The successful composer who had recorded a melodious track with Sonu Nigam recently is very happy to have the accalimed lyricist penning a song in the film.’

'Jilla' directed by Nesan and produced by Super Good Films has Vijay, Kajal Aggarwal and Mohanlal in the lead. The lyrics for the songs in the film are penned by Thamarai, Yugabharathi and Madan Karky with Vairamuthu joining them now.

The film is said to be loaded with stunts, sentiments, comedy and romance and Thambi Ramaiyya, Brahmanandam, Suri, Poornima Bhagyaraj and Mahat will be seen in supporting roles in the movie. Interestingly, Vijay and Imman had teamed up for Thamizhan way back in 2002 and Vijay had even sung a number in it.
