Gautham Karthik is working on ‘Sippai’ directed by Saravanan of Silambattam fame and the film is nearing completion as the final schedule is set to be wrappeded in a few days.

The shooting of the film which is said to be a campus love story starring Gautham Karthik and Lakshmi Menon in lead kick is going on at a brisk pace and the young actor is eager to wrap up the shoot.

The film will be a college entertainer, but with a message that soldiers are not only those who fight at the border to save the country; even those who fight for what’s right are real soldiers. Yuvan Shankar Raja has been signed on to score the music for the film which also has actress Vibha, who was last seen in Mathil Mel Poonai.
