To director Mysskin’s comment that he should never have made Mugamoodi, Jiiva has said that a filmmaker should not regret his creation.

Jiiva stated that it is one film which was very taxing for him particularly wearing the Superman outfit. He added that the marks on his legs still remind him of the costume he had to wear.

He also pointed out that the film is not a commercial failure because none of the distributors suffered losses due to it. Therefore, Mysskin is wrong in stating that he shouldn’t have made Mugamoodi, said Jiiva.
