There is news that Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi will be pairing with Vijayakanth’s son Shanmugapandian. Actor and political leader Vijayakanth’s son Shanmugapandian is debuting in the lead role in the film titled Sagaptham. The film was launched on 12th of this month in Vijayakanth’s residence in Saligramam.

Vijayakanth who spoke on this occasion mentioned that there will be two heroines for Shanmugapandian in Sagaptham but he did not mention their names.

At this juncture, there is news that talks are being held with Sridevi’s elder daughter Jhanvi for the female lead role. When asked one of the crew members of Sagaptham, he said that talks are going on but nothing is finalized.

Santosh Kumar Rajan is directing Sagaptham. This film is being produced by Vijayakanth under the banner Captain Cine Creations. K P P Navin who directed the film Nellai Sandhippu is penning the dialogues. S K Bhoopathy is handling the camera.
