A magistrate at the Egmore Court has issued an arrest warrant against Trisha and her mom Uma Krishnan.

In the year 2004, some very revealing photos of the actress was published in the magazine Nettrikann and the actress and her mom alleged that they were morphed photos.

With this case still pending in the court, Trisha filed a petition stating that she would withdraw the case but maintained that the published photos were not hers.

This case came up for hearing last December and Trisha was ordered by the magistrate to appear before the court with her mom and offer an explanation. However, both of them failed to appear before the court following which the magistrate has issued an arrest warrant against them. The case has been adjourned for hearing on February 7th, 2014.
