Goli Soda, written and directed by cinematographer turned director Vijay Milton has been cleared by censors with a clean U certificate and the makers have released a promo of the film.

The film stars ‘Pasanga’ fame Kishore, Pandi, Sree Raam, Murugesh in lead roles.The film narrates the story of four boys who work and live together in Koyambedu market. The distribution rights of Goli Soda has been acquired by Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers. Goli Soda has been censored with a clean ‘U’ certificate. The film is set to hit the screens on January 24, 2014.

The filming had taken place in Chennai's Koyambedu market, Azhapuzha in Kerala and Murudeshwara temple in Karnataka. The film has all youngsters in the age group 12 to 16 in the cast like Kishore, Pandi, Murugesh and Ram in the lead. Goli Soda is basically a children film on a holiday in a village, with dialogues by Pandiraj and the trailer of the film has impressed the audience.
