Tamannaah is currently basking in the success of Veeram. With this positive note, she is now gearing up for her next bilingual film, Mahaabali, directed by Rajamouli of Naan Ee fame.
The film, which is being shot in Tamil and Telugu, has Anushka and Prabhas in the lead. About the film she says, “It is a Rajamouli film and I am happy to be a part of such a prestigious project. Mahaabali will be a different genre that I have not tried so far.”

With Anushka also there in the film playing the lead, does she have any misgivings about it? “As far as Mahaabali is concerned, I trust director Rajamouli completely. I am also cast opposite Prabhas in the film, in which he plays a double role. Whenever I sign on a film, I don’t see anything else apart from my character. I like my role in this period film and I am looking forward to the shoot,” she says.
