'Ivan Veramathiri' is gearing up as one of the biggest year end releases of 2013. The fllm will be releasing worldwide on December 13, 2013.

The film has raised roaring expectations solely due to the pairing up of two young guns in lead actor Vikram Prabhu and director Saravanan who are pairing after the huge success of their respective debut films.

Now we hear that the satellite rights of IVM has been acquired by Star Vijay channel by paying a whopping amount, even before its release. .

It is to be noted that the satellite rights of Engeyum Eppodhum, the debut film of Saravanan as well as Kumki the debut film of Vikram Prabhu had also been acquired by Star Vijay and they have been telecast in the channel on various occasions.

Meanwhile Sun network who is considered as a tough competitor to Star Vijay in acquiring the rights of brand new films has acquired the satellite rights of recent releases like Thagararu and Naveena Saraswathi Sabatham. The owners of Sun TV the first privately owned channel of India have also acquired the rights of VTV Ganesh's Inga Enna Solludhu which is still under production.
