Karthik Subbaraj created a wave in Tamil cinema with his his film Pizza. For the last few months he has been working on his second film Jigarthanda starring Siddharth and Lakshmi Menon.

The teaser of the film will be released in the next week, says director Karthik Subbaraj.

"First look poster and teaser of @Jigarthanda will be coming out by next week :)", Karthik Subbaraj tweeted. Jigarthanda, the second directorial of Pizza director Karthik Subbaraj is a city-based action drama that was wrapped up long back and awaiting for release.

The supporting cast includes Soodhu Kavvum's Bobby Simha and Karuna, Guru Somasundaram of Aaranya Kaandam and actor-director Pratap Pothen. The film is a city-based action drama.

Kathiresan's Five Star Films producing Jigarthanda has music by Santosh Narayanan and cinematography by Gavemic U Ary. Vivek Harshan is the editor for Siddharth's Jigarthanda that will be distributed by Sun Pictures.
