Five Tamil films are set for a release this Friday including a dubbed movie Vengai Puli. Inam, Nedunchalai, Marumunai and Oru Oorla films has hit the big-screens today.

Newcomers S. Karan, Shyam Sundar, Soumya Sadanand, Vikram Chakravarti played lead roles in Inam, written, directred and produced by cinematographer Santosh Sivan. Vishal Chandrashekhar has composed the music.

Director N. Krishna's Nedunchalai casting newcomers Aari and Shivada Nair in the lead roles has also had its theatrical release today. Nedunchalai that revolves around the people living close to highways in Tamil Nadu has music by Satya. Udhayanidhi Stalin bought the film's rights.

Marumunai starring Maruthi, Mrudhula Baskar, Mano Bala, M.S. Bhaskar, Rajendran in the direction of Maris Kumar is also testing its luck at the Kollywood box-office today. Neha Patil, Venkatesh starrer Oru Oorala movie is the other medium budget film released on March 28.
