It is official. Gautham Vasudev Menon and his onetime favourite music director Harris Jyaraj are together again in Thala 55. Producer AM Rathnam through his PR has issued a press release that the pair had confirmed their reunion.

The press release states : " After a gap of few years and few films, the magical alliance which had created many musical melodies in the past had reserved their reunion for the project with Ajith Kumar . Producer AM Rathnam of Sri Sathya Sai movies confirmed this to the media . The composing will begin today."

Suddenly Thala55 has become one of the hottest films in Kollywood. The film is reported to have Ajith, Anushka, Trisha and Arun Vijay playing the pivotal role of the villain in the film. The film has cinematography by the Australian Dan Macarthur, and is written by Shreedhar Raghavan and has art by Rajeevan.
