Actress Anjali, who literally disappeared from the Tamil and Telugu film industries, will again be seen on the big screen.

Sources say that the actress has silently signed a Kannada film titled Ranavikrama opposite Puneeth Rajkumar.

While the actress was not reachable for a confirmation, Pavan Wadeyar, the director of the film, confirms, “Yes, Anjali has been roped in to play the female lead in the film. I’ve seen some of her work and was very impressed with her acting. I tried reaching her through one of my friends. She heard the script and liked it very much. She will be joining the shoot from June.”
