Actress Amala Paul and director A L Vijay got engaged in a simple ring exchange ceremony at St Jude Church, Aluva, in Kerala earlier today.

Several members from the Tamil film industry including Vikram, Anushka, GV Prakash, Saindhavi, Saranya, Nirav Shah and few others graced the event. Amala Paul's family is organising a sangeeth ceremony later today and the entire family will soon move to Chennai where the couple are going to tie the knot on June 12.
