Kaaviya Thalaivan is director Vasanthabalan’s upcoming film starring Siddharth, Prithviraj, Vedhika and Anaika Soti in central roles. The film is about the life of theatre artists in Madurai. The recent news is that the film is all geared up to rock the screens in November.

Vasanthabalan's eagerly awaited period music drama Kaaviya Thalaivan featuring Siddharth, Prithviraj and Vedhika is now all set for a November release. The highlight of the film is said to be the music of AR Rahman.

Set in early 20th century, the film is about the lives of two theatre artistes played by Siddharth and Prithviraj and the competition that exists between them in a small drama troupe.

The film is produced by Y'Not Studios and Radiance Media and is being distributed by Dream Factory. As of now the film will be censored shortly and release will be tentatively on November 14.
