Shankar-Vikram's 'I' to be distributed by Disney Studios?

Vikram's ‘I’ which is most likely to be released in the month of November, has always been a hot topic among the film buffs ever since the teaser was released.

‘I’ has met with a lot of speculations and rumours over the past few months and the latest rumour that is being floated in the internet is that, one of Hollywood's renowned production houses, The Disney Studios has taken up the all-language release rights of ‘I’ for the North America region.

However, the production house of I, Aascar Films, has denied the news and also requested everyone not to believe unconfirmed rumours. Aascar Films denied any such development through their official Twitter handle. Is there something brewing here?

Hindi Dubbing

Currently, Vikram, who has been dubbing for his upcoming Tamil film 'I' in Hindi over the last few days, is said to be putting in extra effort to get his lines right. He's apparently spending hours to prepare and dub in Hindi without an accent.

"Vikram sir wants to get the Hindi lines right. Therefore, he's spending a lot of time in dubbing to ensure he's mouthing the dialogues without an accent," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

"Since the makers want to promote 'I' as a straight Hindi film, Vikram sir is pushing himself to get everything right," he added.

According to reports, Vikram is spending hours to prepare and dub in Hindi without an accent.

The film was scripted and directed by Shankar and features Vikram and Amy Jackson lead role and along with them other features Suresh Gopi , Upen Patel, Santhanam and Ramkumar Ganesan portraying pivotal roles.
