Vai Raja Vai is the second directorial venture of Aishwarya Dhanush who made her debut with Dhanush, Shruti Haasan starred critically acclaimed Moonu/3.

Vai Raja Vai with Gautham Karthik and Priya Anand in the lead is getting ready for release. The movie has wrapped up shooting some time ago and now we hear that Dhanush has given his consent to do a special appearance in the movie. The AGS International produced film will now have a special cameo appearance by Aishwarya's husband Dhanush.

None other than director Aishwarya has confirmed the reports. "Thank you @dhanushkraja for giving me the nod n agreeing to do a small cameo in #Vairajavai :)..This is going to be super exciting to shoot!", posted in her Twitter page.

Gautham Karthik, Priya Anand, Vivek, Manobala, Satish, Taapsee Pannu, Viveka and Denial Balaji in the key roles. AGS Entertainments producing Vai Raja Vai post-production works are going on. Yuvan Shankar Raja and Madan Karky are part of Vai Raja Vai crew.
