Sivakarthikeyan next release is going to be Kaakki Sattai. The film is named after Kamal Haasan's iconic movie and Sivakarthikeyan too dons the role of a cop.

The film directed by his Ethir Neechal director Durai Senthil Kumar is produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films and distributed by Escape Artists Madan.

The actor is now totally done with his shoot for the movie, and has also completed dubbing for it. The movie, originally titled as Taana, is almost done with its shoots with just a day’s patchwork remaining.

Anirudh who is on a roll with VIP and Kaththi has scored the music for Kaakki Sattai. The audio of the film is likely to release on November 20 through Sony Music. The movie is an out and out commercial masala entertainer with Sri Divya pairing Siva after Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam.

The Anirudh-Sivakarthikeyan combo has always dished out hit music and this one too is being eagerly awaited.

The team also went to Norway to shoot a song. In the movie, Prabhu is also plays an important role.
