Superstar's Lingaa faces legal problem like Kaththi

Lingaa
Rajini, Anushka and Sonakshi starrer Lingaa is always on top news and today its for a different reason.

The Madras High Court here has issued a notice to the makers of Tamil actioner "Lingaa" on a writ petition filed by aspiring filmmaker K.R. Ravi Rathinam who accused them of stealing his script.

Person named Ravi Rathnam has filed a case in Madurai high court against Lingaa stating that the story which KS Ravikumar is directing is originally his story and he has released that story in Youtube in the name of “Mullaivanam999″.

The court has sent legal notice to 11 people including Rajini, KS Ravikumar, script writer B. Ponkumar and producer Rockline Venkatesh for the explanation regarding this issue and the case will come to hearing on November 19th. The audio of the movie has been planned on November 16th and Ravi has claimed in the petition that even the audio launch should not happen as planned. We have to wait until someone from the movie opens up on this issue. Even Kaththi faced the same problem before its release and still its has not been solved yet.

Justice M. Venugopal, who issued the notice Wednesday, has listed the case to be heard by Nov 19.
